In Memoriam Page 17.

Zoe If there is an afterlife or heaven and my dog is not there, I've no wish to go.

- London magistrate during a court case..

Zoe was a rescued racer who loved to eat peanut butter biscuits and to model greyhound fashions for the GREY2K USA Worldwide web site. She came to work each day and inspired us to keep working for her fellow greyhounds. RIP Sweet Zoe. Your mom, Christine.
The bond with a true dog is as lasting as the ties of this earth can ever be.

- Konrad Lorenz.

Hoolie Hoolie, A very laid back, cool dog whom the family loved very much, especially the grandchildren, crossed the rainbow bridge 18 August 2014 aged 14. Over the 10 years that he was with us he must have contributed to collecting thousands of pounds for Greyhound Rescue West of England (GRWE) in his very own way, which was lying down and just inviting people to stay a while and stroke that tummy. He was just a lovely dog, greatly missed.
Janet Williams.

Come the day I take that final bend,
Can I count on you to be my friend?
To see I'm treated just and fair,
It means so much to know you care.

For, what the future holds in store,
Now that I can race no more,
Should be addressed for every hound,
Who parts the punter from his pound.

Tell them I don't ask for much,
A kindly word, a gentle touch,
Somewhere warm to lay my head,
A meal each day to keep me fed,
Not just life - but quality,
This is how it aught to be.

Do not see me swept away,
I long to live another day,
With peace of mind, tranquillity,
And those who care surrounding me,
So tell them all - you have that choice,
I beg of you to be my voice.
